HMG Extrusions – Extrusion Line to produce 800mm HDPE pipes

We are proud to have supplied a complete Single Screw Extrusion line to produce HDPE pipes up to 800mm pipe diameter.

The latest technology was implemented in our extrusion machines.

Our Single Screw Extruder type LUMEN 120-38 with output of 1200 kg/h, using an European High Torque gearbox, latest screw design in combination with a helical grooved barrel. High AC drive and inverters ensure troublefree production. Furthermore the extruder is equipped with a gravimetric feeding system, Auto-loader, Hopper dryer and 2 day bins.

High volume HDPE Pipe Head type SMHPE800 includes a special spiral design for high throughput.

A fast and smooth cooling is guaranteed with our Vaccumtanks type SMVST800 and Spraytanks SMST800, using powerful spray cooling with a speedy vacuum adjustment.

HMG Extrusions 6-Track caterpillar Haul-Off type SMHA800 is equipped with Servo Motors for each track to ensure steady pulling even at low speeds.

Our Swarfless Cutter type SMSCS800 based on latest generation design, uses a dust-free planetary type system with PLC control.

HMG Extrusions – PE Pipe Butt Welding and Angle Cutting Machines

In Co-operation with a high profile partner and due to high market demand we have decided to include Polyolefine Butt Welding anf Angle Cutting Machiens in our portfolio.

We are able to offer the latest technology for BUTT Welding as follows

1. For butt fusion welding of plastic pipes and fittings made of PE, PP and PVDF

2. For pipes sizes 200mm up to 1200mm The latest technology includes a low starting pressure to ensure reliable welding quality.

The machine is made of lightweight and high strength material, a simple structure and is easy to operate Our ANGLE Cutting machines are suitable for cutting pipes according to specific angle and dimensions (Elbow, Tee or Cross). The machine will work with lower material waste and improve the welding efficiency.

HMG Extrusions – DUAL PVC Extrusion Line

High Speed Dual Strand Extrusion lines for either PVC or Polyolefine type pipes are an excellent way to enhance your production output and at the same time get the advantage of saving space.
We are able to offer the latest technology with 3 type of packages

1. For pipe production up to 63mm (20 – 63mm) pipe size – up to 75mm on special request

2. For pipe production up to 110mm (32 – 110mm) pipe size

3. For pipe production up to 160mm (63 – 160mm) pipe size

Extrusion Lines can be completed with our Inline Automatic Socketing Machines with a new type of fast and accurate Infrared heating process.
The Dual Strand extrusion lines can be combined with existing extruders, any type of new extruders and our own high quality built HMG Extrusions single or twin (conical or parallel) screw extruders
