The high efficiency screw lengths with 33LD or 38LD result in a reliable machine with a wide output range in combination with latest helical grooved feed barrel design. The basic extruder comes with nitrided screw and barrel, a well-arranged & dependable control system and touch screen on demand. High Quality A/C drives and inverters ensure trouble-free production. Extruder system can be equipped additionally with Gravimetric Feeders, Auto Loaders, Hopper Dryers and Day Bins. Furthermore for color stripes we offer our Co-Extruders type LUMEN 30 fixed to any Extruder size.

2-Layer and 3-Layer Pipe Extrusion Systems based on latest technology are available on demand.
