PH - series
We manufacture heavy duty and precise speed controlled haul-off's which can be used for both pipes as well as profile extrusions. The PH-Series haul-off's are classified as:
- Flat belt haul-off's suitable for small profiles or small diameter pipes, able to reach manufactoring speeds of 25 meter and above per minute.
- High Torque Twin Tracks haul-off's suitable for small to medium diameter pipes and profiles
- Multiple Tracks haul-off's units, specially designed for thin wall and large diameter pipes.

Flat Belt, High Torque Twin Tracks and Multiple Tracks Haul-Off's:
- Flat belt, flat contoured and "V"-shape pads are made of high wear resistant specially formulated rubber
- Synchronisation of haul-off speeds to extruder speeds enable easy start up and lower start up rejects
- Precision speed control of haul-off speed with AC motor and vector controller
- Pneumatic adjustment of contact pressure on pipe for profile for Floating upper belt or track
- Large pneumatic cylinders air controller with adjustable provide high clamping force and soft touch clamping of pads onto pipes and profiles
- Precise guide on caterpillar ensures uniform load distribution on tracks and belts, preventing excessive strain on chains and gear boxes.
- Lower tracks are mechanically adjusted while top or free floating tracks are pneumatically controlled.
